On July 1, 2007 with almost the same share structure as of today and with less news and forecast as of now, this stock hit $ 1.05 and closed at 0.94

With recent news, this is no brainer but some still nervous for the steep decline after 2007. As long as it stays as it's going now and keeps same trend it could be getting closer to the $1.00 in the next few months, IMO.
