Who really cares anyway? There is no way to justify $400,000,000 market cap for this company even if that were true, but it's not. For now, shareholders are stuck trusting a guy who audits his own books and screws them with a 17,000 to 1 reverse split. The guy doesn't even file with the SEC, a big red flag. A merger would make this pig even more expensive - the company has no assets! It would have to give even more shares away to the insiders to get them to do the deal.
Isn't it clear? This is a scam to benefit Delmar Janovec and Brent Crouch, not common shareholders
