Not so Yank. If you were going into court you would want as much evidence as possible first. It is just common sense. Have all of the ammo possible before going into battle.

I do not agree.
We have learned through discovery that the purpose of the net profit sweep was to prevent the release of the GSEs; protecting the taxpayers had nothing to do with it.
As I have tried to point out to you, I doubt very much that more than 1 out of every 1000 documents that the government is trying to keep secret are of great significance; the feds are simply trying to run out the clock.
