Bruce Perlowin is predicting a possible surge in cannabis stocks surrounding the November election. His predictions have been correct in the past so I think I'll hold off for a bit. There's not much point in being the first one out if there is some volume and I don't think waiting a few months is going to make much of a difference in my case. DSCR should still change the name of their company though.
