Absolutely agree! That's why I got into this stock. I knew an A/S increase was necessary, but it's much lower than I anticipated which means to me they plan to start retiring the notes in the foreseeable future. Also, this avoids any need for an r/s. I think they're following through on their word. Very pleased with today's proxy.
