Can I assume that discovery has either begun or is about to be undertaken in your suit against Tom Kim? I also assume that your lawyer and Mr. Kim's lawyer have had informal talks; just talks in general, or at least an exchange of letters. If so, can you enlighten us as to what Kim has said about what is going on with this suit, and maybe what he's thinking?
