When is the next set of shares due to covert again???

Does the company even have enough shares to cover the conversion???

Oh I see...... you think that the company is selling shares into the open market, well I would expect a higher level of knowledge but be that as it may I'm pretty sure the company has not sold any shares! Feel free refer to investopedia though! Lol WAFFAH!
