that does make sense
but why no 8k
and why would an 8k need to be filed to have stock trade on pinks or even in the grey market
theres something with the sec going on i believe preventing this to trade on the grey mkt

That may also be so.But right now why would ESI want to be a ZOMBIE shell with all of there assets.I didn't think a bk would happen but now that may be there best alternative to be able to find a buyer and/or to save there assets for a fresh start.GO ESI.
