This is great news for shareholders. I wish it would be reflected in the share value but it just doesn't have it.

I suspect the Rosen gang will just slip quietly away to another bogus suit. These guys aren't stupid and they saw how it would look to lose an appeal of a thrown out case as well as being sanctioned.
