If you want my opinion I'd say she was downright stupid. The criminal part is another issue.
Hillary is either criminal, or criminally incompetent.
It's one or the other but not both. Comey who happens to be a republican, made his analysis and could not find that a crime was committed that deserved prosecution.
The AG, Lynch said she would rely on Comey's recommendation due to the plane flap with her and Bill.
BTW Trump made an illegal contribution to the FL AG's campaign. I think the FBI should release the files they have on Trump.
that matter shouldn't be of news at all anymore .. just ooi though, you say the statute doesn't require intent when Comey said it did, didn't he? .. is it you don't think he knows? .. if this is the relevant statute
