One thing I found interesting was that they made sure to mention that the new guy was familiar with "Stock buy-back" programs. Imagine a stock buy back coming out of left field? I don't agree that's a prudent decision right now but down the road it sure would be nice!
Got to say I like this part "strengthened the company’s cash position and returned capital to investors through a share repurchase program. " even though I sure that would not be happening here for awhile.
Heck, I would be happy if he just gets insiders to hold on to their free shares for a reasonable period of time to give the stock a chance to appreciate.
Hoping will now have a CFO who actually cares about the stock holder.
Time will tell.
