A company that wants to uplist to Nasdaq in the future like TRTC would not remove the provision for a R/S from the shareholder vote, and then turn around and implement one the next month.
It would be suicide to do so.
I do not blame people for trying to buy cheaper shares of TRTC. Everyone knows that they are going to fly soon!!!
