There was a preliminary study done in September 2013. This was mostly a compilation of past exploration - the latest being in 2010.

Victory signed a Letter of Intent in February 2014 for the Rich Lake Property.

Victory issued a press release in June 2016 that they had increased their land holdings to include the Rich Lake property.

From the MD&A filed on June 27, 2016 with Sedar it states:
