The Kroosses got paid for worthless shares. It was definitely a WIN for them IMO. They could never have recouped any $$$ on the open market. The stock rarely trades more than $1000 a day. IMO the company saved its collective butt by buying back in a private transaction at a premium versus allowing the Kroosses (unfriendly party) to sell and drive down the share price
