Lee certainly is not crowing about that. No 8-K there.

No wonder he wanted 10 billion common shares.

Lee now effectively owns TALK now and he is being sued personally along with filing bankruptcy for UMS.

This was the plan all along. And yet the public is still supposed to believe TALK is investment grade.

Pffft. Investing in alleviating the ill effects of past failures.

Lee Levy and Dea expect the public to bail them out....
