Judge Sweeney took an oath to preserve and protect the constitution of the united states. That means no one is above the law and if one party of the government violates the constitutions there will be damages to pay to the other party hurt/damaged (the shareholders). Judge Sweeney has no choice she has to rule on the plaintiffs/shareholders behalf or risk being impeached as a violator of the constitution when it is proven beyound a shadow of doubt that the government acted unconstitutionally in 2008 with the bailout/conservatorship/and rewriting the law in 2012 to sweep 100% of the GSE profits. An act worthy of imprisonment by its authors as the constitution will demand it so. We shall see how crooked and corrupt the judicial arm of the government is and if it will rule on the side of the constitution and justice (the shareholders). I believe this country is good and has good judges who will honor and respect the law and our constitution that we all must live by.
