not true. reason for delay in camera review is that she is busy redacting anything that is even remotely linked to national/financial security and is about to release them soon. there isn't anything there that should be protected in national interest after 9 years but as you correctly said she is very meticulous and the docs for gse interest are too juicy to be not released in redcated fashion. don't be under wrong impression. imo.

right, i keep forgetting that fully briefed motions are ancient history.

okay, so if fully briefed and soon to be decided motions are ancient history ---- what then is relevant?

i mean, you've discarded that which i deem to be relevant (fully briefed) as irrelevant.

among other things, what other foregone conclusions can we draw?

What a bunch of hooey! You mean this super secret system? Aladdin® Platform Overview. https://www.blackrock.com/aladdin/offerings/aladdin-overview.

It looks like the "nuclear launch codes for the destruction of financial markets in the US" are available for purchase on the open market. If you're interested a demo can be arranged by contacting them at this link. http://blackrocknewworld.polldaddy.com/s/aladdin-contact-us-form

Judge Sweeney is reviewing discovery documents. The information from Blackrock likely does not include proprietary software algorithms (or is classified material), only results of their analysis. The information provided to the government was provided under contract and paid for with taxpayer money. As such, we have a right to access to this information as shareholders and tax payers alike. The only "irreparable harm to Blackrock" would be to their credibility.

Judge Sweeney has nothing to worry about. IMHO.
