that would almost imply that Corning, is the true holder, of nearly all of the MCETS patents wouldn't it?

I haven't read through MCET's last 10-K, dated Feb. 2014, for a couple of years now but I do know that Corning is in there.

That was in 2005. Multi cell got a world wide license for a US issued patent. How does that work?
