I agree. The 10b projection was simply to make a statement about potential gain. This doesn't account for any acquisitions or that the O/S (as per my last conversation with David) sits at currently half my hypothetical.

David has also elluded to me a willingness to let free any inconpliant subsidiaries. Frankly with the new acquisitions, I find it innocuous to lose even both subs in light of the news it precedes. I'd be left with shares of a current company that yielded a net gain in revenues, and will have practically expunged all of their toxic debts.
