No filings will ever come for teco. Filings would be meaningless at this point without audited fins.
This will only move if audited fins are produced or FINRA deletes the ticker. Really- all the chibber chabber is pointless until audited fins are produced. There is no way off the greys without them. I can't remember and I'm mobile, has teco EVER produced audited fins??
I don't think so.
To get off the greys with an S-1, those fins will have to be produced. Teco would have fared better if it had filed a 15-12g before they went delinquent on filings. Of course, its too late for that now, as the filings need to be current before filing the form 15
