the SEC has no teeth to enforce naked short selling illegalities...for years and years illegal naked short selling has occured and the SEC has no clue how to stop it....the SEC is in bed with the illegal naked short sellers...the SEC is as bad as the crooks themselves...lip service is all the SEC does...and when the naked short selling gets way way to high, the SEC halts the stock and then cancells the stock to protect the naked short sellers...totally unfair uneven playing field.
