You should look at the Long term DEBT and Cash Flow. Low share structure CEO will milk it for all it's worth on convertibles considering how he played last two convertibles. TEUCF is a $25.00 Face. IMO ain't happening. No one sits at a BOD meeting, raises their hand, as makes a motion for a reverse for no reason. Scrap metal pricing for those two ships was always on the table as a play. JMO
