It wouldnt work because you cant prove someone is using marinuana.
Now they might start drug testing everyone that applys for a gun. but I doubt that would fly legally.
If it did become law all you need to do is quit smoking a while get clean get tested fill out the forms get your gun then go home and fire up some goodie.
