What's the most reasonable explanation for the company allowing the price to drift down - that is, no PR effort being made? Is it that company insiders/friends have convertible debt - perhaps loans made after June 30 that is based on the stock price - so more shares the lower the price goes? It seems to me there is no need for convertible debt given the positive cash flow, but that could be an explanation, right?
Or can there be a better explanation - somehow related to preferred shares and the acquisition? Not sure I see how that could work though even if the OS is going up - prefs usually are a fixed number of shares, so price shouldn't matter, right?
