Nonsense, all that has been happening here is serial P&Ds accompanied by Form Ts and dilution from block positions.

No bullish set up either, that's merely wishful thinking - frankly, charts on heavily manipulated penny stocks are of no value. The accumulation indicator is easily manipulated because it is weighted upon the CLOSING PRICE and that PRICE is often manipulated.

Sad but true.
