I do not have a tort. I expose these frauds. I wouldn't play the Greater Fool theory game on my fellow man for my personal enrichment but that is just me.

I contacted many shareholders and gave them contact info of an investigative reporter interested in looking into AZFL. None of the investors followed through.

Perhaps they think "it's not worth the trouble" or that nothing can be done ?

... I think it is time for investors to start writing letters to FINRA and DTC as well as the handful of brokers who accept stocks like AZFL for deposit...
