#13324 RE: UCParadise #13309

your post and connection address the need for a THC breathalyzer for the good and well being of all in the workplace. The insistent toker doesn't see a problem and a lot of workers will ignore their usage on the job until somebody gets hurt. A THC breathalyzer with a 2-3 hour window will keep your workforce intact where existing tests will necessitate dismissal. I worked with a guy that couldn't pee straight pee and got terminated. It was never proven that he showed up to work incapacitated or impaired by drugs but he understood that he would be tested randomly and understood that THC sticks around if you are a frequent user. If legislation goes too far and makes testing mandatory for all or non you will lose key people and a lot more, then there is the medicinal issue if the employee is prescribed marijuana by a doctor. I don't want a guy using prescribed marijuana driving a dangerous goods load through our communities. There is a lot of work to be done as society is leaning towards legal socialization of THC products. I think Cannabix has a well thought out concept for this device. Mineraturization seems to be the hang-up and/or building it so less scientific people can get legal results from it. glta and dyodd
