CYDY: According to a shareholder at the meeting, the company is planning on an absolute minimum RS and want to keep price affordable.

Looks like a 1 for 5 and a PPS of $2.2 ish. Sometime in September but I bet it will be combined wit some great news..could see a run to $11+ easy after the RS with that ratio. Also expect more institutions and mutual funds to add here shortly!. IMO

One thing for sure is that the share price in September will be a different animal.

Be sure to listen to the conference September 7, 2016.

I Do Expect a major run.... JMHO.
