I stand corrected.

Victor "Pig" Lee is Managing Director and 50% owner of the lender, Tertius.

I wonder where Victor and Tertius got the money? Did they loot ASTI, and then turn around and loan ASTI's own money back to them?

Is this some kind of freaking money laundering operation?
