That is NOT correct. The MobiWeb deal is dead and cancelled. Medican IS looking to however reverse merger with a private company. I am not sure of any details of this however do know that Ken has his mergers and acquisitions consultant and himself looking at and searching for possible candidates to do so. Some details have to be ironed out on the Medican side first such as going current so perhaps they are working with a RM candidate to help with that process. We might be nearing some news as Ken said no news until something is in stone. We wait....
