My first criteria now... who are the principals involved? Are they of good character or dubious? Invest in good people and the chances of success go up astronomically... so basic, but often ignored. Each time I turn a blind eye, I pay the price. Notice how Tom Kim displays his photo. Remember Ross's? The difference is night and day. TK is saying... this is who I am and this is what I propose to do.
