Judge Stephens is taking his time on MSJ.....

Landmark ruling in the works?

Does he believe a blogger, as SFRX referred to him, who "allegedly" did over $10MM in damage should be viewed as "other medium" and therefore MUST be notified pursuant to Florida statutes?

I know SFRX has warned at least one other blogger about filing suit, though they have yet pulled the trigger.

Maybe we'll get a Friday afternoon ruling tomorrow.

It's an interesting case to say the least.
