First I want you to show us his compensation agreement. Maybe he was granted the privilege of using the credit card instead of getting a weekly pay check.

Just because he ran the business in a fashion that does not meet your ethical standards does not mean that his visionary and futuristic idea for moving money in the next century shouldn't have legs.
