The WGE Enterprises Ltd in Nevada is the proper entity.

At the time of the proposed merger in 2015 it was an active business entity. It went into default when it failed to file its 2016 annual report/list before December 31, 2015.

The Arizona WGE Enterprises looks like a trade name reservation.

I think the way that works is you reserve the name (in this case until 2019) so that nobody else can take the name. Possibly they were planning on registering the business in Arizona once the merger was completed and the corporate address was moved to Arizona. Some states require you to also register your business in that state if you are using a corporate address there (like Florida for instance).

Since the proposed merger was cancelled as (I explained in my other post) we'll probably see the Nevada entity eventually get revoked and the Arizona trade name reservation eventually expire in 2019 without being used.
