The other guy was commenting on the cell PR being around the same time as the vote a few months ago. It seems the last big dump was back in May in the hours after the ER. Abe sold shares into this ER run-up and right after the ER but it wasn't as much as was sold in Q1.
The big P-note partially converted then, about a third of it, which led to the price collapse then. If the combination of stagnant SP and low volume continues then the stock will be vulnerable to a repeat of that since large numbers of stock comp are set to be doled out before the end of the year.
