Agreed, but what are guidelines to time. I mean a judge can't just sit on a decision forever, can they? This is rediculous. I thought about them waiting for elections, but can they do that without reason. I've been following this for over three years. I am so disappointed, disillusioned and angry with the u.s. Judicial system, as well as the government. How much more before civil unrest, and a revolution?
