What do you call an appeal on a frivolous lawsuit? Is there a term for that? The plaintiff was lucky to get the judgement they got... gee whiz.

Looks like the old franchisee has been running the show for ARTR, having succeeded in silencing mgmt for over 2 yrs now. That's LOL.
