They have less than 3 years to get their tech on market and in users hands, or I am suspecting they will have no market place position to pursue.

Lets believe ALSO has a contract coming and revs by April, 2017 . . . however that would be asking a lot.
Kind of like expecting 'shovel-ready-jobs' within 120 days of 2017 Congress back to work (texting and other 'internet activities')?

Three years after company IPO, what do we have?
For aerospace defense employees . . . not so much?
