Well the sec is SUPPOSE to be taking a harder look at these R//S's. The frequency etc. To date the onslaught on other OTC tickers does not indicate they are. Though the sec is very short-handed. With R/S's prior for TBEV I'm sure investors reported. So imo there will not be a need for one now nor will it b granted.
