The current claim of "lies" and "fraud" rely on the size of the font used in "IND-Enabling Studies." Sad.

Just think, what if they wrote out "Investigational New Drug" and the next line said "Enabling Studies", or even used a bigger font size - then the arrow would not be past the "Drug" and the current absurd claim of fraud would be even more obviously wrong.

Seriously, Phase 1 starts with "P" and the arrow ain't there yet. IND-Enabling Studies goes all the way to said "P," and they aren't there yet.

What a crazy obsession over the length of an arrow and font sized used in a chart. Reaching for anything to paint NNVC in a negative light with bullshit claims of fraud - amazing.
