Either that, or One Lab Rat is helping Seymour to defraud the investing public by broadcasting his misinformation on multiple venues around the internet.

I mean, what if the lies that One Lab Rat had written had turned out to be true? Wouldn't there be more incentive for someone with such insider information to keep their mouth shut, so they could buy up as much NNVC as they could at bargain prices, and enjoy the profits when the start of human trials was announced?
