EGYH is a scam, period. SEC suspension fully warranted based on lack of filing 8K's as a formerly SEC reporting company while issuing misleading and false press Bunch of false press releases in the past to prop up the share price for dumping shares to pay insiders. That's what happens when we let foreigners like this invade our U.S. markets and take advantage of free enterprise.
