I do not have additional information about the share structure or financials. "Why the board only now"?...because I saw it's market cap is large enough that nobody will want to talk about it so it so it will be an easy board to moderate. (I'm lazy but like to have lots of boards). I also sell Therapedic matresses (much older company) which are also made of visco but cost much less than Tempur Pedic. I'm expecting new implosion plans.
