That's just unbelievable!! Hemming was probably doing pro bono work for her, or worse, being paid in useless PPJE shares since she definitely didn't have any revenue coming in from the company operations. And to turn around and attempt to sue your own counsel? That's unheard of! Typically, you fire your attorney and hire a new attorney and file an appeal on the grounds the your previous counsel committed gross errors e.g. negligent in introducing evidence that had an material impact on the case. I am surprised Hemming didn't file a counter suit for the millions she probably still owes him....just like the CPA (who happened to be a forensic accountant if I remember rightly, hence the exhirbitabt fees).

We the shareholders should sue her millions for the countless misleading & deceptive PRs she puts out, as well as her garbage filings & disclosures, and her frequent reverse spits, not to mention that she provides material information to a select few individuals on this board.

Yes they reached a verdict in PPJs favor but the court will review the verdict next Friday 9.26.2014.
