You are naive to believe everything in the PRs. He's telling you upfront those are forward-looking statements that may not come to pass. The stock price wouldn't be falling if the company was in "good shape". Give me a break! They just took on up to 550k in convertible/toxic debt. What are you talking about saying "good shape"? Events haven't shown themselves to be profitable yet...expenses are really high. You can post all day about the events but the reality is if they aren't making any profits in the end you can watch SAKL continue to decline. They need capital to operate and it's coming from toxic debt...plus some people are buying those preferred shares which can't be converted for a year. I don't see anything changing the overall direction of the stock price now. It will see spikes here and there IMO but it will continue to decline unless SAKL can somehow profit enough to operate the company.
