.10 or so here. I am still hoping the SeC investigates he Alpha Capitol transaction. Wwth basically handed over 9 million shares of hang w/ to pay off a 350k debt. Those shares where worth over 25 million according to previous rounds of funding and statements from Andy and Dave. All this kicked off when a friend that loan he'd them money foreclosed on the loan. It's all very shady. Wwth shareholders got screwed while Andy and Dave signed contracts to be CEOs for another two years. After all this they diluted the stock by over 250 million shares. Why didn't they dilute it in the first place to pay off the loan instead of selling there main asset in hang w/.....stinks of corruption.
