Not quite the same thing but I got to thinking the other day about what Velatel is worth solely as a shell. I suppose that would depend upon how many shares are now outstanding including preferred.

Actually I am not quite ready to definitely say that Velatel is only a shell but it looks to be headed in that direction if not there already. According to their last SEC Filing (2014) the only thing that Velatel still had going for it was CMMmobile. CMM has become questionable at best.

My opinion is that Ironridge no longer matters.

ALL the above is just my opinions and take on the current status of Velatel.
