I asked months ago and posted about the LLC. Mr. Duncan with IF told me that because of the size of some of the flooring projects they want to sell True Green Poly to (i.e. Universities, large manufacturing plants, etc.), they felt it was in the company's (IF not HCTI) best interest to get an LLC as an added "insurance" policy so to speak. He said it was nothing more than a "buffer" of protection so that if the job went south, the client couldn't go after IF for selling them the product. That was the story back then, take it for what you will...
Either way, they got the LLC set up expecting to sell a ton of product for large scale jobs. Now, get to selling and let's see some of the revs!
