yep, sounds to me like the sun is trying to get hits and ratings. the trademark is there, and the drug is fda orphan status, the set-up is in jersey and nigeria, i dont see xkem mentioned in the article. so.... the drug exists

Xechem, Inc. (the corporation), Nicosan (the drug), and the Xechem, Inc. website are all bona fide.

Some months ago, there was a controversy on the boards as to whether the website of Xechem Nigeria was legit. I remember questioning the online "order form," because Steve Burg had said that Nicosan will only be sold by prescription (not over the counter). At that time, there was also discussion as to whether the Nigerian website had been set up by a questionable man/firm.

Perhaps Patrick Ohikhuare was attempting to set up a scam by which people would attempt to purchase Nicosan online (without a prescription).

In any event, the Nigerian website and Ohikhuare should have no long term negative effect on Nicosan or XKEM stock.
