One thing that institutions have been turned off by IMO is Geert overhyping before early pics were released in 2014 saying "the results have been so good that doctors want to try the treatment on themselves." I think the big boys have lost some trust and need pictures of effectively treated scars as clear as day vs. night before they move this stock back up. Or potential near term revenue from cosmetoceuticals (assuming they work as expected).
